Home Based Sessions
Built 2 Recover provides personalized, in-home personal training and corrective exercise designed to support recovery, rebuild strength, and improve functional movement. All sessions take place in the comfort of your home and are tailored to your medical history, movement ability, goals, and lifestyle. Minimal equipment is used, and programs are designed to be safe, effective, and adaptable to your space and energy levels.
Training may include mobility work, strength training, balance and stability exercises, corrective movement patterns, breathing techniques, and education to support long-term independence and confidence in daily activities.
First Consultation
The first session begins with a comprehensive consultation and movement assessment. This includes a review of health history, injuries or surgeries, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and personal goals. Movement patterns, strength, mobility, and balance are assessed to identify limitations and areas of focus.
Based on this assessment, an individualized training plan is created. Light movement or introductory exercises may be performed during the first visit, depending on the client’s comfort and needs.

Scheduling & Logistics
Sessions are scheduled in advance and offered on a recurring or flexible basis, depending on availability and client preference. Training is available in Albuquerque, NM, Rio Rancho, NM, and Corrales, NM. Clients are responsible for providing a safe, open space for movement; all necessary equipment is provided or available for purchase. Scheduling, rescheduling, and communication are handled directly to ensure consistency, flexibility, and continuity of care. You will receive an email from [email protected] to schedule your consultation appointment after a consultation has been purchased through the website.
Pricing, Packages & Policies
Built 2 Recover offers flexible in-home personal training and corrective exercise sessions available as single visits or discounted packages. All sessions are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and may be used at any time within that period, based on availability.

- Initial Consultation: $20
- Single Session: $80
- 4 Sessions: $300
- 8 Sessions: $550
- 12 Sessions: $750
- 24 Sessions: $1,600\
- 36 Sessions: $2,200
- 45 Sessions:Â $2,750
Clients who purchase 8 or more sessions receive complimentary access to Built 2 Recover’s online course library, allowing continued support and guided movement between in-person sessions.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect time and scheduling availability, clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illness on a case-by-case basis.
