Recovery 101
A 12-week, low-intensity program to build muscle & promote recovery with 30–60minute sessions. Focus on full-body strength with minimal joint strain, completing 3 sessions per week.

Restorative Stretch
Focuses on stretching to improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and increase range of motion. Helps restore comfort and fluidity to daily movements through targeted stretches.

Knee Mobility Boost
Low-impact exercises to improve knee mobility, flexibility, and stability. Reduces stiffness and helps prevent falls with controlled movements focused on knee health.

Back Rejuvenation
Gentle exercises to rejuvenate the spine, improve posture, and restore balance. Targets back health through stretching and stability exercises for a stronger spine.

Abdominal Essentials
