1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Items that have been opened or used
    • Water bottles, shaker bottles and similar items
    • Downloadable products (our monthly or annual membership products. To cancel your membership, log in to your Account.)

2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return:

  2. Await confirmation and further instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the provided return address.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
