1. Order Cancellation by Customers

  • Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their orders within 7 days of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Refunds: If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

2. Order Cancellation by Built 2 Recover

  • Reasons for Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Payment issues
    • Fraudulent transactions
    • Inaccurate pricing or product information

Notification: If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and process a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellations

  • Memberships are either for a monthly or annual period, each renewing for the same ongoing period until you cancel.
  • Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Refunds: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.
